Power House Gym was founded in 1974 by brothers William and Norman in Highland Park, Michigan. It grew to become one of the world’s top fitness brands, expanding to 71 countries with over 300 licensed gyms. The company celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2014.

In Qatar, Power House Gym launched in 2016, founded by Mr. Adel Al-Ansari and Mr. Jaber Al-Kuwari, who aimed to create a fitness club that meets the needs of most people, unlike traditional gyms. It offers a family-friendly environment with the latest fitness equipment.
